Team Training

programs that will increase your play on the field while building that team camaraderie.
Training with your team is one of the most effective ways to train. Not only will you soar to new heights
individually, but the team will improve as a whole. When your team is dedicated to increasing its speed, power,
agility and explosiveness you'll see the benefits in the upcoming season.
We not only measure success in seeing your times decrease and your strength, power and flexibility increase, but
more importantly we engineer our programs to give you game time results. You require and deserve a program that
delivers functional and applicable strength, speed and power that carries over into your game. That's the ultimate
goal.

Individual Training

One on one with your own personal performance coach. Get a program designed just for you, tailored around your
needs and your sport. After going through the initial pre-testing session (used to help gauge a starting point and
formulate a plan) we design a program that will help YOU reach YOUR goals.
We offer a variety of personal training programs for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Whether you are a
professional athlete, college athlete, high school athlete, pre-teen athlete or a recreational athlete, we have the
personal trainers and the programs that will exceed your demands.  
SSTI prides itself on delivering world class personal training to all athletes that have the desire to get better. As an
individual you have several options. You can sign up for 1 on 1 training with your individual performance coach.
You can also join one of our high impact group training programs, or our goal oriented classes. You also have the
opportunity to work with one of our experts on sport specific skill training as well as a trainer that will help you
perform your daily lifestyle activities such as gardening.

Group Training

Train with no more than 8 athletes in a group that covers it all: speed, quickness, explosive power, agility,
acceleration, coordination, balance, mechanics and mental toughness. We also based our training on the ability in
preventing sport injuries such as; dehydration, rotator cuff, ankle and Anterior Cruciate Ligament more commonly
refers as ACL injury.
Group training covers all areas of athletic improvement including speed, quickness, explosive power, agility,
acceleration, coordination, balance, mechanics and mental toughness. You will be placed in a group where all
athletes are in the same age range so you can be sure you or your child is receiving the appropriate training provided
by one of our outstanding Sport-Specific Coaches.

Sports Medicine

We have proven rehabilitation methods that help you get back to full speed in the least amount of time.
Our Sport Medicine program is designed to address functional training including core stability, balance,
proprioception and kinesthetic awareness drills. We believe that core stability (hips, abdominals, and back) is critical
for the success of any sports medicine or rehabilitation program.

Corporate Challenge

We can challenge your team of employees to work together, set and achieve goals, and have fun doing it. Let us
design a day of challenging group sessions, individual tasks, and rewarding activities that build character, motivation
